We need help installing permanent holday/accent lighting onto residential and commercial properties!

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as permanent lighting installers and general labourers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, customer services skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Operate ladders, basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Comfortable working at heights and above your head.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads to complete assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Working at heights certification (required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• A valid G driver’s license required.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Apprenticeship

Contract length: 8 months +/-

Salary Pay: $18.50-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 25 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Contracting: 1 year (required)
• Working on ladders: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Class G Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (required)
